 How can I shop?

1. First, you need to register to our web site. To become a member, please go to “Sign in” or “New member registration” sections.
 
2. After you determined the products you want to buy, you can add the products to your shopping cart by clicking ”Add to Cart" button. Then, you can specify the quantity of products. The purpose of the shopping cart is to eliminate purchasing necessity as soon as you pick the products and provide convenience.
 
3. In your shopping cart, you can see prices and other information of your products, change the quantity or discard the product from your shopping cart.
 
4. You can purchase products in two different ways: Credit card and bank transfer payment. After you choose your payment method, a payment detail screen will appear according to your choice. After entering required information, click "Buy" button.
 
5. If you are going to pay by credit card, once you approve the order, the information passes over the internet to the network processing mechanism (SSL), where the transaction is approved or denied, of bank, which makes or receives payment, via a special pass. If your credit card information is valid, your order will be accepted. The charges of your purchased products reach us through the bank. When the order is completed positively, an e-mail with information about the order is sent to the customer. Purchased products are delivered by a person selected from the pre-contracted courier service by the customer to the recipient in return of displaying an ID.
 
What are the advantages of being a member?

When you become a member of our web site, you can be informed about new products, innovations and promotions on the products in your area of interest. You do not need to write requested information every time. During membership phases, you fill out the information enough for shopping; since other information is recorded in our system, it automatically takes its place. You will be the first person to be notified on the special offers of the products you have been interested before, but could not purchase. 
 
Cancellation Terms

By Consumer Rights, you may use your right to opt out your order, before it is delivered to the courier service. For this, you have to give information about the order or product you wish to cancel before “shipped” status is notified by e-mail. If your order is shipped, you may use your right to return within a week by Consumer Protection Law.
 
How can I return?

Each product you purchased is under manufacturer's warranty.
You can return the purchased product without opening/destroying the packaging and without using the product and in the form you received within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Please return the product with a letter or return form including the invoice and order number of the product.
When you receive packages that you think damaged during shipment, please open and check the package in front of shipping company’s officer. If there is any damage on the product, don’t accept delivery and get the shipping company prepare a written report. Do not forget that once the delivery is accepted, you acknowledge that the shipping company fully performed its job.
In case the customer returns the product, product price is refunded within ten (10) days from the date we receive the product back. The price of returned product is reimbursed to the credit card by our bank within seven (7) business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call credit card service of your bank. Refunds on installment sales are reflected to your credit card as account in credit on a monthly basis by your bank.
Return of open packages, used or damaged products are not acceptable.
Shipping fee of the returned products complying with the above conditions shall be borne by the customer.
